MODIFY AND CANCELLING ORDERS
If you wish to change your order after your payment has been processed, please contact us immediately through Whatsapp +6281 38252 9105 and we will try our best to accommodate your request. However, there may be some instances where we are unable to modify your order.
SIZING
Please refer to our Sizing Chart on each individual product page. Please allow for 1-3 cm differences of sizing chart due to manual measurement and fabric stretchability. Storage Instruction
- Gently unfold the garment in the direction of the pleats and dry flat in a well-ventilated area away from direct sunlight.
- Hang your pleated garment after wearing it to encourage the panels to naturally fall into place.
Precautions
- Avoid folding when storing as this can result in visible fold marks. Avoid placing other items on top as this may cause permanent marks or dents.
- Avoid allowing the surface of the bag to remain in contact with printed materials such as newspapers or magazines for an extended period. This can cause a colour transfer to occur.
- Gently unfold the garment in the direction of the pleats and dry flat in a well-ventilated area away from direct sunlight.
Washing Instruction
- Wash only by hand using cold water. During washing, the item is forbidden to rub or wring.
- It is recommended to use a mild detergent for delicate fabrics and conditioner – they will make the thing pleasant to the touch, it will be much easier to iron.
- Do not use detergents that contain bleach when washing whites and light colours.
- Do not tumble dry.
PRE-ORDER ESTIMATION TIME
Products that are available for pre-order will usually take around 10-14 days to ship to you, exclude weekend & public holidays. We always try our best to reduce the amount of the pre-order time as much as we can. Due to increased safety measures we have implemented as a result of the COVID-19 situation, the estimation date of pre-order items might be delayed and subject to change from the manufacturer without notice.
