EXCHANGE    AND   RETURN   POLICY

Please note that we only exchange your items if they are defective or the wrong size was sent to you.

Orgeo Official will accept, for return or exchange, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered, and free of damages by the customer. For a full refund or exchange, the item must be mailed out within 5 days from the date the order is received. Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 3 days from the date order is received. Items must be returned with all Orgeo Official tags still attached and must be in their original packaging such as totebags. Please note Orgeo Official does not accept returns nor an exchange on sale items and jewellery. 

 

HOW TO EXCHANGE AND RETURN YOUR ORDER?

To request for a return or an exchange, you can contact our Customer Service Team via our Whatsapp +6281 38252 9105 or email us at [email protected]. After the approval, our team will email you shortly with office address to return the package.

 

REFUND   POLICY

If an item you have purchased from us is faulty please get in contact via our Whatsapp +6281 38252 9105 or email us at [email protected] to discuss your options for replacement, exchange or refund. Please provide an image of the fault so we can assist you further. We’ll do our best to resolve the situation as soon as possible.

Note: Due to increased safety measures we have implemented as a result of the COVID-19 situation, please allow up to 7 business days to receive your refund from when we receive your parcel.
